In order to speed up admin on the day and get skating sooner, please fill out and bring along the form below.
The waiver is basically a way of saying that you are skating within your capacity and are responsible for your own actions.
Groms must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian:

What will it cost?
You can pay via Paypal in advance (using the buttons below) or with cash on the day.
We do not have a card reader at the race site, so please come prepared.
